![]() ![]() Using that as a test method you can set a baseline that any thickness not within 1/6th or greater than the diameter of the shell the ap cap remains intact. Hence why the Littorio had a 70mm hardened outer belt to decap the shell before it hit its 280mm primary belt. Honestly, the only nation to actually do extensive testing on decapping plates was the Italians and they found you needed roughly1/6th the thickness of the plate vs shell to decap a shell. But they didn't in Tanks or Warplanes, so I'm not holding my breath. I'm hoping they at least let us know these stats during testing so we can, you know, TEST them. My guess - things like turning radius, camouflage (of course), secondary battery accuracy, module/system HP, draft, and (if it's true, most frustratingly of all) effectiveness of damage control. So what do you think the hidden stats will be? I would hope otherwise, but I don't think we can avoid having some hidden stats in Warships. ![]() Gun depression is usually easily found on the wiki, but camouflage is not in the game files and can only be determined through tedious testing. In other words, by "hidden stats" what I mean are traits of a vehicle that are not displayed in the game and range from easy to impossible to find outside of the game. Tanks has camouflage, gun depression, terrain resistance, module HP, gun dispersion while moving, things like that. ![]() Warplanes has somewhat innaccurate maneuverability stats, it doesn't tell you things like accuracy of guns, it doesn't tell anything about energy retention or camouflage - a lot of these things are traits you find out only by flying the plane yourself So we all know that there are hidden stats in both Tanks and Warplanes. ![]()
